This Ash Brie exhibits the rich creamy traits of Udder Delights’ traditional Brie, but with an additional layer of textual mouth feel and refined earthy tones. The use of activated charcoal helps to neutralise the surface pH of the cheese and aids in the ripening process. It also creates a visually striking rind that mottles together a patchwork of black and white. Non-animal rennet used.

- Order by 3pm for local next day delivery to select Sydney suburbs.
- Australia Wide Shipping available for non-perishable food items and homewares & lifestyle products.
