Food Items
Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are unable to offer returns or exchange on food items. If your order has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
NOTE: there are no refunds for orders left unattended. Refrigeration is required upon delivery. We provide tracking and delivery estimated arrival times to ensure someone will be there to receive the goods. In exceptional cases where we cannot get in contact with you or the recipient after multiple attempts, the delivery may be left in a safe place and text message images will be sent. Home & Lifestyle Products (Non-Food)
Please choose your purchase carefully as The Cooks Larder does not accept returns on sale items or for change of mind.
If your item has arrived damaged / faulty, please email hello@thecookslarder.com.au to inform us about the damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. We request you send us photos showing the damage so we can arrange a replacement item or refund.
Grazing Boxes, Catering, & Bespoke Orders
Refunds / Order Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than thirty-one (31) business days prior to delivery/event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between seven (7) and thirty (30) business days prior to delivery/event will receive a credit note and The Cooks Larder will retain the full amount paid.
- Cancellations made six (6) business days or less prior to delivery/event will not receive a refund, and The Cooks Larder will retain the full amount paid.
Damages and Issues
There are no returns or refunds on any products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
