Collection
Free collection in West Pennant Hills on Thursday & Friday between 8am-5pm. Order by 5pm for next day collection.
We will be in touch with collection timing confirmation and our address details after order confirmation.
Collection is only available on Thursdays and Fridays between 8am-5pm during the time slot you have specified at checkout. Please note, if you do not arrive within your specified time slot, you may not be able to collect your order if staff are unavailable.
Local Delivery
Order by 3pm for local next day courier delivery to select Sydney suburbs.
We deliver Tuesday - Saturday. Our standard delivery window is between 8am-6pm. If alternative timing is required, please contact us to discuss.
When your order is on the way, you will receive a text message with tracking or estimated delivery window details. Please ensure someone will be there to receive the order as our products are perishable and most require refrigeration.
If no one is there to take the order, we will make contact with you to arrange the best solution. Please note, redelivery is often not possible due to strict timing on our delivery runs. If redelivery is possible, additional delivery fees will incur.
If we cannot get in contact with you after multiple attempts, the delivery may be left in a safe place and text message images will be sent.
Our standard delivery areas can be confirmed using the postcode checker in the cart. If you require assistance ordering for an area outside of our regular delivery zone, please contact us to discuss possibilities.

Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post within 1-3 business days. For pre-order items, see below.
Pre-Order Collection, Delivery & Shipping
Items marked as 'Pre-Order' will be ready for fulfilment in approx. 1-3 weeks. Contact us for more information & ETA's.
We will be in touch to confirm if your selected Collection or Delivery dates will be possible, or to arrange alternatives if required.
All pre-order items for Australia Wide Shipping will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of stock being received.
Grazing Boxes, Catering, & Bespoke Orders
The Cooks Larder offer next day delivery on grazing box orders placed by 2pm.
