Perfect for all sweet and savoury applications, such as chocolate and cake work, salads, cocktails and more.nce open please use within 1-2 weeks or lightly vacuum down into smaller bags and freeze. Due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried products some breakage and powdering of segments may occur.

- Order by 3pm for local next day delivery to select Sydney suburbs.
- Australia Wide Shipping available for non-perishable food items and homewares & lifestyle products.
