A washed or mixed rind soft cheese crafted from cows milk sourced from pasture fed, free range Friesian and Jersey cows. The taste is pungent and complex with strong grassy flavours. Nashua Washed Rind is excellent served at room temperature with fresh crusty bread or crackers. The strong flavour and aroma mean that it can stand up to red as well as white wines, and even beers.

- Free collection in West Pennant Hills on Thursday & Friday between 8am-5pm. Order by 5pm for next day collection.
- Order by 3pm for local next day delivery to select Sydney suburbs.
- Australia Wide Shipping available for non-perishable food items and homewares & lifestyle products.
